• Public Safety Funding: Highlight the importance of balanced funding to address all aspects of community safety. Including street lighting, proper street signage, and animal control/safety. Advocate for equitable allocation of public safety funds for fire departments, emergency medical services, and police departments foot patrols.

 

• Mental Health Support: Assist with developing crisis intervention teams composed of mental health professionals and specially trained officers who respond to mental health emergencies. Offer community-based mental health services, including counseling and support groups.
